The Bullseye building by Millworks was once a tannery belonging to Phoenix Manufacturing, which produced “Bullseye Bill” hunting equipment in the early 1900s. The building’s large industrial appearance was preserved by retaining the original construction, which consisted of exposed brick walls, large timber beams, and pine floors.
