Learn More About

The Bullseye building was a tannery in the early 1900s that belonged to Phoenix Manufacturing, which produced “Bullseye Bill” hunting equipment. Keeping the building’s original construction of exposed brick walls, large timber beams, and pine floors preserved its large industrial appearance.

Learn More About

Bullseye building itself is an adaptive reuse of a circa 1900 tannery, formerly owned by Phoenix Manufacturing company where “Bullseye Bill” hunting gear was made. The original structure constructed of heavy timber beams with exposed brick wall and pine floors was maintained during restoration to preserve the building’s grand industrial character.

Comparing Nearby Coworking Space to Private Office Buildings

Low Cost, High Risk versus High Cost, Low Risk- Coworking spaces, also known as shared offices or flexible spaces, provide an undeniable advantage for launching a business immediately, but they are prohibitively expensive. A coworking space may be two to three times more expensive per month than a private office. You should be concerned about your identity in a co-working space because it may be difficult to establish your unique brand if you share a confined space with other businesses and tenants.
