The Bullseye building was once a tannery belonging to Phoenix Manufacturing, which produced “Bullseye Bill” hunting equipment. Large timber beams, exposed brick walls, and pine floors from the building’s original construction were kept to preserve its industrial appearance.

Bullseye building itself is an adaptive reuse of a circa 1900 tannery, formerly owned by Phoenix Manufacturing company where “Bullseye Bill” hunting gear was made. The original structure constructed of heavy timber beams with exposed brick wall and pine floors was maintained during restoration to preserve the building’s grand industrial character.
