In January 2020, the Business Center became operational. The Bullseye building was formerly a tannery from the early 1900s that was once part of Phoenix Manufacturing, which produced “Bullseye Bill” hunting gear. The building’s big industrial aspect was preserved by maintaining the original construction, which was made of large timber beams, exposed brick walls, and pine floors.

Bullseye building itself is an adaptive reuse of a circa 1900 tannery, formerly owned by Phoenix Manufacturing company where “Bullseye Bill” hunting gear was made. The original structure constructed of heavy timber beams with exposed brick wall and pine floors was maintained during restoration to preserve the building’s grand industrial character.
